1.0 SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Fly Recruitment and Coaching is the provider of the following coaching and/or training services and packages:
Performance and Skills Coaching, Customer Service, Sales, Leadership, People Management, Self Belief/Confidence, Interview Techniques and CV Presentations.
2.0 CODE OF ETHICS AND GOOD PRACTICE
As a member of the Association for Coaching, an independent and UK based professional Coaching body, Fly Recruitment and Coaching abides by its Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
3.0 CONTRACT
The client’s written or verbal agreement to commence coaching/training constitutes the start of the contract. If at any time the client does not wish to continue the services, the contract will be terminated upon confirmation from the client, in writing. Any advance payments for sessions not yet completed will be refunded to the client.
4.0 FEES
Prices are agreed upfront prior to commencement of the first session. See price plans for more information. VAT will be charged on the fee and at the appropriate rate, if applicable.
The cost of meeting rooms and other venues is not included in the price unless otherwise agreed. However, for telephone coaching we will phone the client on a UK landline number only at the pre-arranged time.
There is no charge for travel by car or train within a radius of approximately 25 miles from Gloucester. Travel beyond these agreed areas together with any possible accomodation will be charged at a reasonable and agreed rate at the time of agreeing a contract.
Money Back Guarantee - we are 100% confident that we will improve and better the relevant performance issues of the delegate. We will discuss and agree with the respective line manager/client - a 'set target including specific measures and timescales'. If we do not achieve hitting this target, we will give you your money back. MBG only applicable for:
> One to One and Group - Face to Face Package Sessions (Options 4 and 7).
5.0 PAYMENT TERMS
For organisations, fees are paid in advance or invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
For individuals, fees are payable upfront, and/or following each session unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment of fees may result in legal actions being taken.
6.0 CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.
7.0 CONFIDENTIALITY
Fly Recruitment and Coaching shall keep all information about the client in strict confidence and shall not pass the details to any third party without agreement from the client.
