pre-employment:
We will provide career management assistance to the candidate, as follows:
- FREE cv writing and presentation
- FREE interview preparation including practice techniques
- FREE on-line skills and personality tests
- FREE coaching and/or training in sales, customer service, leadership, self belief/confidence plus various other skills.
after-employment:
EXCLUSIVE: To continue our commitment in developing the candidate further, we will also provide a maximum of 3 one to one coaching and/or training sessions (if required) to the candidate. There is no extra cost for this service as it is included in the remuneration fee. These sessions will be undertaken within the first 3 months from the date the candidate commences employment with the client. An initial and final meeting between the candidate's line manager and us is also included within the same period. This will help the development of the candidate within the probation period.
