1. One to One:
OPTION 1 - PHONE AND EMAIL 60 MINUTE SESSION
- an initial consultation via phone or email, to ascertain the best way forward is included totally free of charge
- one-off phone session, providing the specific product coaching and/or training e.g. people management for staffing issues
- typically held over a 60 minute session
- one-off follow up email contact support included
- set fee charged per hour
- fee is discounted for any additional sessions
to find out how much it will cost.
OPTION 2 - FACE TO FACE 60 MINUTE SESSION
- an initial consultation via phone, face to face (max 30 minutes) or email, to ascertain the best way forward is included totally free of charge
- one-off face to face session, providing the specific product coaching and/or training e.g. improve self confidence
- typically held over a 60 minute session
- follow-up phone conversation or email contact with delegate
- set fee charged per hour
- fee is discounted if 2 or more hours are undertaken in one go
to find out how much it will cost.
OPTION 3 - PHONE AND EMAIL PACKAGE SESSIONS
- an initial consultation via phone, face to face or email, to ascertain the best way forward is included totally free of charge
- typically held for 6 seperate sessions, 60 minutes each and held over a 3-6 month period
- pre session, delegate to complete skills/personality on-line tests e.g. customer service or leadership skills, etc. This will provide ability evidence
- specific product coaching and/or training sessions provided to delegate (typically 6 sessions) e.g. customer service for tele-advisor inbound
- unlimited email support over agreed period (typically 3-6 months). This service will help communication between delegate and coach/trainer and ease long gaps in between each session
- ongoing completion of skills/personality on-line tests – to check regular progress
- a final report is completed by coach/trainer on the successful progress of the delegate
to find out how much it will cost.

- role plays (if required)
- final completion of skills/personality on-line tests – to check final progress
- triangular session with coach/trainer, delegates and respective line managers to discuss progress outcome
- final report completed by coach/trainer on the successful progress of each of the delegates
to find out how much it will cost.

- package sessions (typically held for 6 seperate sessions, ranging between 2-3 hours each and held over a 3-6 month period)
